Can I return my workout log book?

If you're workout log book has not been used and it still in the original packaging then we can accept your return.
Track 101 Workouts and Record Progress
Our food diaries are A5 size which is 154 x 210 mm
We send out our orders as soon as we can, you should recieve your order within a few days of ordering.
As well as the workout log, we also include a weight and measurement tracker, progress photos sections and motivational pages for reflection.
If you have an idea you would like to add to our design, we are always happy to hear your ideas and add these to future diaries.
